Priscilla Concepcion has overcome many hardships in her life, but instead of letting them get her down she has used them as motivation. As she says, "I know that no matter what new obstacles I face, I can get through them." Fortunately, Priscilla will have a lot of support when it comes to college, and won't have to face that obstacle alone. A strong member of the CPS AVID program, Priscilla hopes to use Scholarship Chicago’s help to become a master chef one day.
