Nana Darko

Lake View High School '08, Bradley University - Class of 2012

Born in Ghana, Nana Darko immigrated to the United States with one goal: to go to school and make something out of himself. Like his idol Martin Luther King Jr., Nana is using hard work and determination to achieve that goal. In many ways, he has already succeeded. As a captain on the track team and an honor roll student, Nana has already made something of himself. Now he is ready to carry his success into college as he continues to expand his horizons.
