For LaDonna Smith, the 3rd ranked impromptu speech giver in the state, thinking quickly on her feet is not a problem. In fact, thinking in general is not a problem for this young woman who ranks first in her class of 500 and has a perfect grade point average. While she isn’t set on a career quite yet, she loves math and English, and wants to utilize her speaking skills in whatever professional realm she ends up choosing.
