Corporate Strategy
JP Morgan Chase

Kirstyn Fields has been with JPMorgan since 2002, when she joined as part of a management development program sponsored by heritage organization Bank One. Following rotations within several areas, including credit portfolio management, a structured investment vehicle in London, and private client services finance, she became part of the firm's Corporate Strategy group.

In March of 2006, after Kirstyn indicated an interest in becoming more actively involved in improving K-12 education and college access, Scholarship Chicago director and JPMorgan colleague Joan Klaus encouraged her to consider this organization. With a greater appreciation for the mission and activities of Scholarship Chicago, Kirstyn joined the associate board at the subsequent quarterly meeting.

A Georgia native, currently residing in Chicago, Ms. Fields holds a BBA in finance from Howard University and an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management.
