Adam Shane has been with Nuveen Investments since 2003, when he joined the Fund Board Relations group. In 2005, he moved to the Closed-End Fund Product Management team.

In early 2006, the Human Resources department of Nuveen introduced Mr. Shane to Scholarship Chicago. He joined the Associate Board shortly thereafter.

While at The University of Chicago, Mr. Shane was Co-Chairman and Treasurer of the charitable group, Giving Something Back. He holds a BA degree in history from Williams College and an MBA degree from The University of Chicago. He and his wife, Anna, have one child and live in Chicago.
