Biggest concern about college:  Adapting over a period of 4 years and not wanting to come back home.

When I go to college I most look forward to:  Getting the full college experience and receiving a degree in the end.

The piece of advice I would give to a high school freshman about college is:  Start now, start thinking really hard about what it is you want to do in life.  Try and decide ahead of time what school you want to attend and make sure you meet all the requirements of that college.  Extra curricular activities are always important but always make sure you manage your time.  Have fun!

My heros are:  All of the African-American women that came before me and who took it upon themselves to get a higher education and succeed in all their endeavors.  I consider them my heros because it gives me hope in knowing that I am able to do the same.
