Prior to joining Popular Securities as the Managing Director of its U.S. Investment Banking group, Maria was a partner at and represented the City of Chicago in real estate development projects, tax increment financing, and in all airport financings at both Chicago O’Hare International and Chicago Midway airports. She received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and her law degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
