College Consultant Mentors

The College Consultant Program is one the centerpieces of the College Bound program and helps ensure each scholar makes well informed decisions about college.

College consultants are paired with our students during their senior year of high school in order to help them navigate the college application and admission process. The job of our college consultants is to open our Click for Photos scholars’ eyes to the broad array of opportunities available to them, while providing them with the necessary guidance and encouragement to ensure that they make the most of those opportunities.

College consultants make a formal one-year commitment to support the student through the senior year of high school. While the formal mentoring relationship ends once the student graduates from high school, many consultant-student relationships extend into the college years.
